Opera Does Not Save Speed Dial Thumbnail

For a very very long time Opera has an issue with saving thumbnails in Speed Dial.

First idea how to solve the issue is go to opera://settings/clearBrowserData It sometimes works sometimes not.

Select Cached images and files

Another way is opera:settings/system and disable Use hardware acceleration when available.

Last time I cleared BrowserData, restarte Opera and nothing happened. Disabled hardware acceleration and nothing happened. Enabled hardware acceleration and it worked.

My experience with Opera is that it works for a while and then it stops. Usually  another installation of an update breaks it and you have to do everything from the start of this article.
