Microsoft OneDrive

Ok, I know that OneDrive is not the best backup tool out there but I thought I would give it a try. What a mistake and loss of time.

Microsoft Support is non existent. Do you want to refund money for our product you don´t like? We´ll give you a whirlwind ride of corporation nonsense that you will loose your will to live.

When OneDrive starts to backup and sync your computer it starts to move all the files you marked for backup to C: drive! Do you have any apps open? Like Visual Studio with source code? Who cares! Lets move it to C: drive!

I just can´t believe it is possible to sell people such a piece of junk. Ok you don´t like our software? All other companies have a button to refund the money. The deal went south so we will not hold you a hostage.

Not Microsoft. They want you to tell them more about your problem. In their probably Bard pseudointelligent system.

I want my refund!

A mistake you will make once in a lifetime.

Totally unusable screen. The plant probably helps Microsoft to be CO friendly.

I want to roll back that action and uninstall it. No way you have to wait till it syncs.

A software company that cannot make a button to refund... This is Google level of customer service stupidity.

Simple advice. When it is a backup software that just asks to select folders to be backed up it would be better not to move anything and just backup things online.

Characters that prevent syncing? Really?!
Can it be any slower and less useful with its messages?

UPDATE

If you Cancel Subscription it will automatically refund. In the email they write you have to ask... Chaos...
